The Girls New Room

The girls have been asking to share a room for awhile. So far, it has been a pretty easy transition. They are enjoying their new space and getting along great! Most nights we find them sleeping together when we check in on them. It is so cute!

Wii have dance fever..

Chris convinced me last month that our family just wouldn't be complete without the addition of a Wii. I was very skeptical, but I have to admit that it has been so much fun. The girls (mainly Lucy) love it and want to play all day long.

Yesterday, Chris brought home a new dance game. It is so addicting! The only disappointment is that my dance skills have gone significantly downhill. Lucy is currently the queen of the game. She can get down to Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, like no one's business.

Snow Day

Here are a few pics of the fun we had on Friday in the snow. Grace missed out on most of the fun, because she was sick (We saved her a little snowball). Lucy and Chris had a snowball fight and built a mini snowman! I would love it if we got a little snow every year! It just makes it feel so much more Christmasey!

Bathroom Redo

Two week ago, Chris and I spent the weekend redoing our master bathroom. It had been an eye sore since we moved in. We decided to update it for our Christmas gift to eachother. It is amazing what a little paint and some new lighting can do to a room... Here are the before and after shots. I just love how it turned out!!

I haven't given up blogging...

I just can't give up laundry, dishes, cooking, cleaning, or running around town. I don't think any of us realized just how much kindergarten, two working parents and a two year old would turn our world upside down. It has been a great few months, but obviously I just don't have the time to keep up with the blog. I am so far behind that I am going to just give you a little glimpse into what we have been up to.

I can't promise that I will get any better at updating, but I hope to get back into the swing of things!
